Angelo Ray- known to the world as “Low- Key” was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio -to two extraordinary talented parents, Michelle Ross- a multi talent songwriter, singer and Angelo Ray Sr., an Industry known music producer/ musician and engineer. With such talent running through his veins, the love of music, and the road to stardom was just destined. While his soulful tenor vocals were heavily influence by music giants, played throughout his childhood such as - Michael Jackson, Prince, Stevie Wonder and Luther Vandross, as a teen “Low key,” developed his vocal and writing abilities like many before him by singing in his church choir. Being a man of God, he became very focused on writing Gospel music and at the age of 17 he put out his first solely written Gospel CD, produce by his father entitled “My Story. “My Story,” received such profound reviews within and outside the gospel community, it wasn’t long before a buzz was created and this local crooner became a local celebrity overnight! Now a native of Atlanta, Ga and quite the ladies’ man, 21 yr old Low-Key ,has found his way back to his R&B/ Hip Hop roots and has been busy perfecting his soulful première writing and producing such electrifying hits off his new CD such as, “Why” , “Losing Myself In You, “Man of my word” and “Hot like me,” songs that tell stories, that ranges from - heartbreak confessions , hyped club mixes, to the more sensual music (for the grown and sexy). This Hip-hop soul compilation is guaranteed to cater to those of all ages. Many would like to compare, this new music sensation to today’s hot young artist such as Trey songz, Neo and Chris Brown- humbly Low-Key, has always stepped to the beat of his own drum.
